1. Eligibility for Return order
An item will be eligible for return only if:
- It is received in damaged condition,
- if any incorrect article is delivered,
- All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility
2. Timeframe for Reporting an Issue
Customers must notify Binteyousuf about an issue by contacting the details as mentioned on our website within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Refund Policy:
Binteyousuf does not offer a “cash refund”.
Binteyousuf does not have a refund policy because we offer custom-made orders. Refund only takes place if the error is from our side.
